Guidelines for Podium Presentations

IF you are a PODIUM Presenter, please ensure you have confirmed the presenting author by completing the following form: https://forms.office.com/r/NxXSWM0bbg

You will also need to register for the conference ASAP via https://events.otago.ac.nz/2023apicaanzaca/registration

If you are selected to offer an oral presentation, you will need to prepare either a 7 minute presentation.

Three minutes will then be set aside at the end of your presentation for Q&A.

Standard audio-visual equipment will be provided: lectern, microphone, computer, data projector and screen.

All presentations will need to be presented in PowerPoint. Laptop changeover at the conference WILL NOT be permitted.

Projector is HDMI resolution (16:9 format, 1920 x 1080)

All presentations will be recorded and made available to conference attendees.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations

IF you are a POSTER Presenter, please ensure you have confirmed the presenting author by completing the following form: https://forms.office.com/r/F8deEHtwRn

You will also need to register for the conference ASAP via https://events.otago.ac.nz/2023apicaanzaca/registration

There will be upright, free-standing, display boards available for you to display the poster onsite at the conference.

These poster board are 2.3m high and 1.2m wide. We will supply velcro adhesives. We recommend posters be printed in portrait orientation.

In addition, you will be required to send a high-resolution PDF of your poster by 13 November 2023 to apica2023@otago.ac.nz. Your poster will be made available as a PDF document on the conference website.
